By accessing and placing an order with Bloom N Fairy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website and social media platforms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.

However:

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Measurements may have minor variations (±1 inch).

Availability is subject to stock.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification or order confirmation call (for Cash on Delivery).

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order:

Customers will receive confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Orders will be processed only after confirmation.

Bloom N Fairy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery timeline: [ 2–5 working days inside Dhaka, 3–7 outside Dhaka].

Delivery charges will be added during checkout.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel after shipment, future Cash on Delivery service may be restricted.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

At Bloom N Fairy, we ensure strict quality checks before every product is delivered. However, the following policies apply:

Showroom Purchase:

Exchange is allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Exchange is not applicable after 7 days.

Online Delivery Orders:

Customers must check the product in front of the courier delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

If any manufacturing defect is found during checking, we will accept the return immediately without any additional delivery charge.

If a defective product is delivered:

We will accept the return without delivery charge.

In such cases, customers may choose exchange or full refund.

If the product is accepted at the time of delivery and later you request a return:

Return is applicable only for genuine manufacturing defects.

The customer must bear the return delivery charge.

Important Notice:

We do not offer refunds for size issues, color variation, or change of mind.

Refund is applicable only in case of confirmed defective product sent by us.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, product images, designs, and text belongs to Bloom N Fairy. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bloom N Fairy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
